Second Day in Hitra, Norway.
Tomorrow work starts at the Crab-factory, And I've come to realize my packing has some giant flaws. Some due to the fact I knew nothing of the area where I will now spend the next 6-7 months, some are simply because I didn't think things through enough.
For Instance, I've brought a bunch of shorts. It's fucking cold here! hopefully it'll get warmer around july, so maybe I can get some use of them later on, i hope.
But the biggest mistake I made, was I forgot to bring Coffee!! There is NO Coffee in my apartment, none whatsoever! They do serve coffee along with every meal I have in the factury, But today, Suttende Maj (Norwegian independence day), there is no work, and thus, no coffee! also everything is closed today, so, I cant buy coffee anywhere, Not even at Norwegian prices, which make anything painfully expensive!
well well, the area is absolutely beautiful, the neighboors seem nice enough and they all tell me work is gonna be hard, and that my hair will smell like crab so badly that i will have to cut it off.
